Suspect Sought Following Shoplifting Incident at LCBO in Oakville

Halton Police are searching for one suspect after a shoplifting incident took place at an LCBO in Oakville.

Halton Police are searching for one suspect after a shoplifting incident took place at an LCBO in Oakville.

According to police, on March 18, 2019, at 5:40 p.m., a suspect went to the LCBO at 1527 Rebecca St.  

It is alleged that the suspect selected two bottles of Smirnoff Vodka and concealed them in the left side of his coat. 

Police say the suspect then proceeded to the cashier with a bottle of Carnivor Red wine that he also selected.  

The suspect only paid for the bottle of wine and made no attempt to pay for the concealed Vodka bottles. 

The total value of the two bottles of Vodka was $68.10.

The suspect, according to police, is described as a white male who is in his mid 50s, around 175 cm and 70 kgs. Police say the suspect has short grey/brown hair, and was wearing a grey wool winter coat and blue jeans.
