Good news and bad news for Oakville, Burlington, and Milton residents, while temperatures are dropping dramatically tonight, they are expected to rise slightly during the day on Friday.

According to a report from Environment Canada, temperatures are expected to drop to nearly -30 degrees with the wind chill tonight into Friday morning. 

However, temperatures are expected to rise slightly Friday afternoon into the evening. 

Drivers are advised to keep extra emergency supplies in their vehicles–such as blankets and jumper cables.
