If you’re a Milton resident, or frequent the town regularly, you may want to be aware that a temporary road closure will soon be coming into effect.

If you’re a Milton resident, or frequent the town regularly, you may want to be aware that a temporary road closure will soon be coming into effect.

According to the Town of Milton’s Twitter page, on Thursday, March 14, Sixth Line at the Canadian Pacific Railway (CPR) crossing will be closed.

This closure will be in effect from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. The closure, as noted by the town, is a result of emergency track repairs that will be taking place. 

Traffic will be detoured via Fifth Line, Derry Road and Steeles Avenue.
