Drivers will want to take note of the following road closure taking place in Oakville starting this week.
It’s going to snarl traffic all weekend.

Kerr St. will be closed between Wyecroft Rd. and Speers Rd. for railroad repairs and water feeder main construction.

Motorists will detour west along Speers Rd. to Dorval Dr. and west along Wyecroft Rd. to Dorval Dr.
Area businesses will be allowed access — the Food Basics/Shoppers Drug Mart plaza will have Speers Rd. access, while the Organic Garage plaza will have Queen Mary Dr./Shepherd Rd. access.
The closure will begin Friday, Nov. 10 at 8 p.m. and is scheduled to end at 5 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 13.
