Looking to plan an event with your club or group? Can’t find a venue to host it?

The City of Burlington has just what you need.

Haber Hub is a new, free community space located at Haber Recreation Centre at 3040 Tim Dobbie Dr.

The venue provides any neighbourhood or community group with a place to put together free community programs and events for Burlington residents.

The space may also be rented for events or programs that charge a user fee.

This may also include private programs or events.

“The ultimate goal of community development is to have community groups working to provide their own programs and events that benefit either the smaller community or the city on a larger scale,” said manager of community development Denise Beard.

“This is a great first step and we are excited to see this innovative program come to life.”
