The grand open of Oakville’s newest Rexall Drugstore location took place on May 3, at 9:30 a.m.

The store is located at 2442 Lakeshore Rd. W.

Currently, Lakeshore Road is undergoing a massive reconstruction and streetscape project. This project is part of the town’s $20-million investment to revitalize its downtown area. And in a recent tweet, Sean O’Meara, Ward 1 Regional and Town Councillor in Oakville, noted that this new opening is a milestone in the town’s revitalization.
