Three male youths charged after theft of multiple Amazon packages in Oakville

Three male youths have been arrested in connection with a series of alleged thefts of Amazon packages in an Oakville neighbourhood.

On Monday (Oct. 9), Halton Regional Police were called to a home on Magnolia Crt. at approximately 6:30 p.m. after the reported theft of an Amazon package.

The same neighbourhood also reported multiple other similar thefts at the same time.

Following a police investigation, three male youths were identified and arrested.

“All three accused had their faces covered with ski masks at the time of the theft,” Halton police Const. Ryan Anderson told inhalton.com.

Each of the male youths has been charged with five counts of theft under $5,000 and five counts of disguise with intent in relation to a series of theft of Amazon packages.
