A tractor trailer has rolled over, closing the westbound off-ramp to James Snow Pkwy.

A tractor trailer has rolled over, closing the westbound off-ramp to James Snow Pkwy.
The overnight crash – which sent the driver to hospital with minor injuries – is still being cleaned up.
