Residents can have their say about the project at a pre-application public meeting scheduled for Wednesday, Oct. 20, from 7 to 9 p.m.
The proposal calls for a two high-rise buildings at 1062 and 1074 Cooke Blvd., near Waterdown Rd. and Plains Rd. W., on a site that currently has single-storey commercial buildings.
The proposed towers, 30 and 32 storeys, would be connected via a shared six-storey podium according to the developer, MHBC Planning, Urban Design & Landscape Architecture.
The first tower would include 366 one- and two-bedroom apartment units and the second would have 396 units.
