Two men involved in Georgetown armed robbery caught on store footage

Halton Regional police have obtained footage of the two men responsible for the armed robbery of a Georgetown convenience store last week.
Police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the suspects in the March 24, 2022 robbery of a Circle K convenience store, located at 10 Mountainview Rd. S., just before 2:30 a.m.
The two men were pictured in a still image captured from the closed-circuit television (CCTV) footage.
Police are also looking to identify a vehicle of interest (photo below) that was observed in the area at the time of the robbery. The vehicle is a 2018-2019 white Hyundai Sonata.
The two men entered the convenience store and approached
an employee and demanded cash from the register.
One of the suspects stated he had a gun, although no gun was observed. The two men fled the store with an undisclosed amount of cash.
No physical injuries were sustained during the robbery. The suspects are described as:
Suspect 1:
- Male/Black, mid 20s, 6′ tall, wearing a black jacket with a fur trimmed hood, black pants with neon yellow thick stripe
Suspect 2:
- Male/White, mid 20s, 5’11” tall, wearing a gray jacket, and jeans
Investigators are still asking anyone who may have witnessed the incident or who has CCTV or dash cam video of the area between 2:00 am and 2:45 am to contact the 1 District Criminal Investigations Bureau at 905-825-4777, ext. 2416.
