The four bedroom, four bathroom detached home, located on 1514 Princeton Cres., was listed at $1,999,999 and just recently sold for $2,330,000.

The home was sold for $1,210,000 back in August of 2020.

The 4,403 square-foot home was only on the market for seven days when it was sold this year.
