Well, just in time for National Ice Cream Day (July 15), Brampton peeps will soon have another option to indulge.

But it doesn’t have to involve copious amounts of dairy.
Canadians, more and more of whome seem to be diggin’ this dairy-free and vegan-friendly trend, can find them at select Loblaw banners, select Sobeys banners and Metro Ontario beginning mid-July.
“The response to Halo Top’s launch in Canada has been incredible,” said Halo Top president and COO Doug Bouton.
“Canada was our most requested country before launching there earlier this year and, after launching, our non-dairy pints became our No. 1 requested item from Canadians. So, we listened and responded as quickly as possible, just in time for Canadians to enjoy for the rest of the summer.”
Made with coconut milk, these dairy-free and vegan-friendly flavours still deliver on the exceptional taste for which Halo Top is known.
The arrival of these flavours means you can try one in each flavour, if you throw down at the table with classy, professional eaters like us.
The new non-dairy additions join Halo Top’s collection of 12 dairy flavours that are already available in Canada.
Each serving of dairy-free Halo Top (about four servings per pint) has 80 to 100 calories and about six to eight grams of sugar.
