Road closures have been reported due to an ongoing police investigation in the area of Bristol Circle and Hampshire Gate in Oakville.

Shortly before 5:00 p.m., police reported that Bristol Circle is closed between Winston Park Drive and Portland Drive.

Additionally, Hampshire Gate is closed between Dundas Street West and Bristol.

The cause of the investigation has not been disclosed by police at this time.

Residents should continue to avoid the area for now.
