UPDATE: Motorcyclist Dead After Colliding with Truck in Milton

 

One person is dead following a crash in Milton on Saturday afternoon.

At 5:10 p.m., police reported a collision involving a truck and motorcycle on Appleby Line between Limestone Road and Steeles Avenue.

Officers and paramedics attended the scene.

Police said at 8:26 p.m. that the motorcyclist succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead.

The Collision Reconstruction Unit is continuing to investigate this incident.

Appleby Line has reopened.
