A series of wellness activities are being offered by Conservation Halton at several parks in Milton.

“Enjoy outdoor wellness activities at our beautiful parks this summer,” said a spokesperson for the orgnization.

“Group sessions include yoga, open-water swimming, trail running, guided hikes, and a boot camp for functional fresh air fitness. The 2023 Summer Wellness Series is open to those over age 12. Get your all-access pass today, or sign-up for single activities with our pay-as-you-go option.”

Passes cost $159.99 for the season or, if you’re a Conservation Halton member, $109.99. Single sessions cost $8/activity (plus HST and gate fees for non-park members).

If you’re a parks passholder, there are some extra perks. With an all-access Wellness Pass, there’s no need to register for sessions in advance. Simply drop in, flash your pass, and enjoy outdoor fitness that’s good for your mental, physical and social wellbeing. Passholders also get access to rock climbing as an exclusive activity, as well as special offerings from Arc’teryx, Conservation Halton’s partner in the program.
