Words & Wine features Oakville Public Library (OPL) librarians giving brief book talks on their favourite light, humorous and charming reads.

It’s taking place next month and wine and appetizers are included in the ticket price.

The event is happening on Friday, Feb. 9 from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m. at the central branch on the third floor.

Tickets are $20 and the event is for those 19 and older.

Doors open at 6:30 p.m. for refreshments.

You can buy tickets at all OPL branches starting Jan. 10.

One lucky audience member will win a copy of all titles presented.
