Yard waste collection returns to Oakville, Burlington, Milton and Halton Hills

Starting April 3, yard waste collection resumes in Halton Region.

This means that those who live in Burlington, Halton Hills, Milton and Oakville can start packing up all those broken sticks and branches as well as the leaves that were left over from the fall.

However, grass clippings, sod and dirt don’t go out with your yard waste.

The items must be placed in paper ward waste bags or rigid reusable containers with a yellow yard waste label.

Yard waste will be collected every other week on the same day you put out your garbage.
