Despite a recent downturn in housing prices in Burlington, Oakville, Milton and Halton Hills, there are still plenty of multi-million dollar deals being done.

Here are five of the most expensive homes sold in Halton in the last month:

1536 Warren Dr., Oakville $5,460,000

This home was one of the most expensive sales in the province last month, selling for just under the asking price of $5,600,000. More than 7,500 sq.-ft. of living space with a theatre room, thousand-bottle wine cellar and custom upgrades throughout.
