Bank distraction theft has police looking for two suspects in Pickering

Police are looking for two suspects involved in a bank distraction theft in Pickering last month.

The victim was at a Bank of Montreal ATM at 1360 Kingston Road on Sunday, February 11 at about 2:25 p.m. when he was asked for help in using the machine by two men.

During the exchange the two suspects stole the victim’s bank card and managed to withdraw $1,500 from the account.

The first suspect is described as a white male, 30-40 years-old and approximately six feet tall with a heavy build.

The second suspect is a white male, 50-60 years-old, and about 5’5” with a small build.
