A member of the popular Canadian music group “Walk off the Earth” has recently been reported dead.
A member of the popular Canadian music group “Walk off the Earth” has recently been reported dead.
Piano and keyboard player Mike Taylor, known to fans as the Beard Guy, has passed away (pictured rightmost).
The band took to their Twitter page shortly after 7:00 p.m. this evening to report the news, stating that Taylor passed away from natural causes.
“Our deepest sympathies are with his two children, whom he adored more than anything else in the world,” the post reads.

Walk Off the Earth is a well-known Canadian indie pop band from Burlington. In addition to producing original music, the group also achieved success by posting song covers on Youtube, amassing more than three million subscribers on the video-sharing platform.
Taylor played a variety of instruments and also contributed vocals.
