Canada-wide warrant out for man known to frequent Niagara Falls and Burlington

A Canada-wide warrant has been issued for a man who could be in Niagara Falls or Burlington.

The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad seeks the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender.

Joshua Morningstar is described as a Caucasian man, 32, six feet tall (185 cm), 155 pounds (70 kilograms) with green eyes and brown hair, OPP said in a press release today (April 5).

He has several tattoos including the words “MORNINGSTAR” on the right side of his ribcage; “Key Forever” on his right arm; “EST 91” on his right wrist; a five-point crown on his right hand; the letters “P>D>M>G” on his left knee; and a lions head on his chest.

Morningstar is serving a two-year and one-month sentence for break-and-enter convictions.

He is known to frequent the Niagara Region, specifically Niagara Falls.
