Canoe and kayak rentals available at Fairy Lake in Acton

In partnershio with Holy Cow Canoe, the Town of Halton Hills is bringing a safe, affordable and enjoyable recreational paddle sport to Fairy Lake in Acton.
Fairy Lake, which is adjacent to Prospect Park and Rotary Park, is a great place to fish, paddle a canoe, or spend time with family by having a picnic or visiting the splash pad.
At this lake, residents can now rent a 15′ or 16′.6″ ultra-glass canoe, kayak or a stand-up paddle board (SUP) for either a few hours or even the entire day.
A season pass is also available for those who are interested in being on the water every weekend.

Residents are reminded that all safety equipment is included in the rental with the release agreement and filled out forms.
Under the Rental Agreement, all boaters must be equipped with a proper-sized life jacket. The person renting must also be 18 years of age or older and a parent or legal guardian is required to allow minor participation.
