Some Burlington residents may be without power following an incident this afternoon.

Some Burlington residents may be without power following an incident this afternoon.

At 5:12 p.m., Burlington Hydro reported that power lines had been knocked down in the area of Guelph Line, near St Paul Street.

Crews have been dispatched to the scene.

There is no currently no estimated time for when power will return.

Residents are reminded to stay a safe distance away from downed power lines.
