Halton District School Board to offer virtual kindergarten registration experience

Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, many in-person activities have transitioned to virtual and now, the Halton District School Board’s kindergarten open houses are the next to move online.
Soon, families will be invited to view a virtual kindergarten experience, which will enable them to explore what their kindergarten classrooms might look like in September.
While parents and guardians may use this tool to learn about the kindergarten program, there will also be online activities for the kids.
Additionally, it will provide an opportunity for families to learn about community resources, the Halton District School Board, get information about before and after school care and learn about registration for kindergarten.
