Halton Police are searching for two suspects following an incident at a Metro store in Georgetown.

Halton Police are searching for two suspects following an incident at a Metro store in Georgetown.

On Sunday Dec. 2 two male suspects entered the Metro store located 367 Mountainview Rd., in Georgetown. 

The suspects, police say, selected about $500 worth of groceries.

Police say the suspects then loaded the groceries into a shopping cart and exited the store.

According to police, the suspects made no attempt to pay for the items.

Police are describing the first suspect as a black male who is 50-years-old, Male, with a heavy build. Police say he was wearing grey pants, a grey shirt with a black vest over top, and a black Blue Jays hat.

The second suspect is being decribed by police as a while male who is in his 40s, with a thin build. Police say he was wearing light jeans, a checkered button up shirt with a white shirt underneath, and a grey baseball hat.
