Halton Region a top employer for residents of Burlington, Milton, Oakville

Halton Region, which is comprised of Burlington, Oakville, Milton and Halton Hills, has again been named one of the GTA’s Top Employers.

It was also recognized as one of Canada’s Best Employers for Recent Graduates.

The praise comes from Canada’s Top 100 Employers website.

The annual competition reviews submissions from both the public and private sectors and is based on wide-ranging criteria, including workplace culture, benefit packages and professional training opportunities.

The Top Employer selection committee highlighted the Region’s employee health and wellness program and comprehensive benefits for new parents and retirees.

The Region employs more than 3,100 people who deliver essential programs and services to local residents and businesses.
