Homicide investigators continue to search for clues on Monday after a man was shot to death in Oakville.

His identity is expected to be released later today, say Halton police.

Possible gun shots sent emergency crews to the North Park Blvd. and Sawmill Rd. area on Dec. 3 around 7 p.m. That’s a quiet residential area in the north end, near Dundas St. and Sixth Line.

First responders found the victim in a vehicle.

An autopsy will reveal the cause of death.

Witnesses, residents, or anyone with surveillance footage is being asked to contact Halton’s homicide tip line at 905-825-4776.
