Update: Missing Niagara Falls man found dead, foul play not suspected

UPDATE: NIAGARA POLICE FOUND THE MISSING NIAGARA FALLS MAN DEAD, FOUL PLAY IS NOT SUSPECTED.

Police are asking for the public’s help to track down a 31-year-old man last seen in Niagara Falls on Sept. 6.

Joel Mills was last seen in the Jepson St. area at 11 p.m. that night.

Mills is described as a white male with red curly hair and facial hair, six-foot and 200 pounds.

Anyone who may have information as to the whereabouts of Mills is being asked to contact the NRPS Communications Unit at 905-688-4111.
