Major roadway construction in effect today in Oakville

Residents should be aware of some construction work happening today (Saturday, April 25) in Oakville.
Residents should be aware of some construction work happening today (Saturday, April 25) in Oakville.
From 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., crews will be working on median removal on Trafalgar Road between Upper Middle Road and Glenashton Drive.
While no road closures are in effect, residents are asked to drive carefully through the area.
This construction is part of the Trafalgar Road Improvements project, with the region making several improvements to Trafalgar including widening the roadway from four to six lanes and implementing new sidewalks, off-road bike lanes, bus stops and shelters, and more.
