Male dies after shooting reported in Niagara Falls, Ontario

One person has died following reports of a shooting in Niagara Falls.

Police were called to reports of a possible shooting in the Epworth Circle and St. Lawrence Avenue area of Niagara Falls yesterday (April 1) around 6:20 p.m., Niagara Regional Police said in a press release.

Officers arrived on scene and found a male victim with life-threatening injuries.

The victim was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The Homicide Unit is currently investigating this incident.

At this time, no arrests have been made.
