OPP search for wanted man known to frequent Halton and Hamilton

The Ontario Provincial Police requested the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada-wide warrant after allegedly breaching his day parole.

Troy Haines is described as a black male, 38-years-of-age; standing 6-feet tall and weighing 181-pounds. He has black, balding hair, and brown eyes.

Police said Haines is serving a three-year sentence related to drug trafficking.

The offender is known to frequent areas of Hamilton and Halton.
