Pair of major rural roads in Halton Hills undergoing repaving project

A project to repave a pair of major roads in rural Halton Hills is already underway.

Sixth Line, between 22 Side Rd. and 20 Side Rd., and Tenth Line, between 10 Side Rd. and Steeles Ave., are both undergoing the renovation that will last multiple months.

Drivers should be aware that occasional road closures will be in effect, although roads will be open to local traffic and emergency vehicles.

Work involves the pulverization, reclamation and grading, asphalt paving, granular shouldering, ditching, and associated restoration works.

The project started last week and is scheduled for completion in August.
