Suspect images have been released and Halton police are asking the public to help find an Oakville bank robbery suspect who’s on the run Tuesday.

Officers were sent to the National Bank at 2680 Sheridan Gardens Dr. in the very east end of town at 11:30 a.m.

That’s where the man presented a note to a teller demanding money.

The teller complied and the suspect made off with cash.

No weapon was seen and no one was injured during the robbery.

The suspect fled on foot.
Multiple officers, including the canine unit, responded to the call but the track came up empty.

The suspect is described as a white man, 35 to 40, standing 5-foot-5 with a stocky build.

He had brown hair, a red moustache, and was wearing a black hat with a unique red logo, black coat, and dark pants.
