Police are on the search for two males and a female after a fire was set just outside an Oakville grocery store in the early hours of Wednesday morning (Apr. 24).

The alleged act of arson is reported to have occurred around 2 a.m. outside the Whole Foods Market located at 301 Cornwall Rd.

Police say three people set fire to material inside a large-sized recycling bin outside the grocery chain store before it spread to other nearby bins.

The fire was eventually put out by the Oakville Fire Department, but not before damaging 10 recycling bins.

Suspects are described as two males and a female, all of whom were wearing dark clothing.
