Suspected Vodka Thief Arrested Two Days in a Row in Oakville

An Oakville man is facing charges after allegedly stealing twice in two days.

An Oakville man is facing charges after allegedly stealing twice in two days.

The suspect is accused of swiping two bottles of Grey Goose vodka from the LCBO store at 321 Cornwall Rd. on Aug. 22.

He was arrested and taken to the Oakville police station where he was charged and released.

The man was arrested on Aug. 23 after allegedly stealing from vehicles near Sixth Line and Germorda Dr.

“These thefts are alleged to have occurred a short time after being released from police custody on August 22,” say police.

The suspect has been in custody pending a bail hearing.

Neil MacMillan, 33, is charged with four counts of theft under $5,000 and eight counts of breach of probation.
