TTC Riders Facing Difficulties Due To Issues With Presto

Transit riders should be aware of current issues with Presto.
TTC riders will not be able to reload their cards due to technical issues with Presto reloading machines, system-wide. However, riders can still tap their cards to get on and off the TTC.

The issue started yesterday (September 2) at around 7:30 p.m, but was resolved this morning at around 5 a.m. It resurfaced an hour later.
Riders can still use the Presto app or website to re-load. The re-load will be immediate for riders using an Android app, two hours for riders using an iPhone app and 24 hours for riders using the website to complete the transaction.
