Two people were injured in an overnight collision in Milton.
A crash involving two vehicles took place on Highway 401, west of Trafalgar Road.

Peel Regional Paramedics attended the scene and transported two people with serious injuries to a trauma centre.
All lanes are closed for investigation until further notice.
UPDATE: According to OPP Sgt. Kerry Schmidt, a mini van drove into a construction zone on the highway and collided with a parked construction vehicle.
The male and female occupants were trapped in the vehicle before being extricated.
Both remain in hospital with serious injuries.
