Waterdown highway crash might lengthen commutes in Halton

The Ontario Provincial Police are anticipating only a brief lane closure after a three-car crash on Highway 403 during rush hour on Thursday (Dec. 9).
The collision occurred on the eastbound 403 at Waterdown Road. A photo shared by the OPP showed that one car had careered into the median, but the driver was apparently able to keep control of their vehicle and avoid a rollover.
The left lane and shoulder were blocked. The OPP stated at 4:58 p.m. that the lane “should be clear soon.”
