Woman struck by car in Oakville taken to Hamilton hospital with serious injuries

A section of Rebecca St. in Oakville remains closed after a woman was struck by a vehicle on Sunday afternoon.
The incident occurred just west of Kerr St. on Rebecca St. The female patient was taken to Hamilton General Hospital with a serious head injury.
The road remains closed as Halton Regional Police continue to investigate.
